Should you get an error message reading “We can’t find an account registered with that address or username,” this means that you did NOT register with the email address you entered.

I keep getting an error message saying that I reset my password too many times, what do I do now to access my account?
This happens! To get an “overdrive password reset link”, please email info@1111realty.ca with the email that you’d like us to reset. From here, you will receive a new link to reset your password accordingly. Please note that this link expires so you must reset it in a timely manner. Please remember to check your promotions / spam / trash inboxes should it not appear in your general inbox right away.
I signed up for a broker portal account. How long does it take to get approved? How will I know I was approved?
Access will be granted via email once Eleven Eleven confirms your information with RECO. We strive to do this within 24 hours.
As your account is being manually reviewed, approval times may vary.
Note: Eleven Eleven’s Broker Portal is open to licensed real estate agents only. Registering for an account after 5:30 PM on Friday may result in longer confirmation times.
